Running and Nordic Walking

1: Three Lakes Tour 8.9 km, 447 Hm From multipurpose building (tourism office) in Kühtai down and over the bottom station DreiSeenBahn smoothly uphill to Finstertal reservoir, on the DreiSeen-Hut and over the Plenderlesseen and the Hirschebensee on the single trail back.

2: Zirmbachalm (7,4 km, 232 Hm.)
From multipurpose building (tourism office) just along the main road, via the forest to Zirmbachalm and back.

3: Schwarzmoos round (8,6 km, 414 Hm.)
From multipurpose building (tourism office) uniformly rising over the Kaiser-Maximilian-hut on the black plateau and back.

4: Kaiser-Franz-Josef-way (11,8 km, 414 Hm.)
From multipurpose building (tourism office) along the main road, just before the bridge on the Kaiser-Franz-Josef-way and on hilly terrain, partly on the single trail, partly on the forest trail to Marlstein and back.

5: Finstertalstrecke (7.1 km, 228 Hm.)
With the DreiSeenBahn to the mountain station, over the Three Lakes Hut for Finstertal reservoir up to its south. End and back, or as a variant on the Stauseestraße back to the tourist office (9.3 km, 220 Hm.).

6: Kühtairunde (6,1 km, 161 Hm.)
Follow the road to the starting point at Längental dam, on the southwestern shore and on the single trail back to the tourist office.

7: Längental dam Round (2.4 km, 5 Hm.)
Finn coaster circuit around the Längental dam, with interval markings.

8: Längentalrunde (8,7 km, 295 Hm.)
From Start on Längental dam on the southwestern shore along with a short incline beautifully landscaped into Längental and back on the North Shore.

9: The Miner´s Trail (11,6 km, 562 Hm.)
From Start on Längental dam on the Upper Mittergrathütten to Issalm, over the Miners to Balbach chalet and back.
