The running track is a specifically designed track that is intended to cross running or jogging. The peculiarity of the Finnish track is very soft, about 10 centimeters thick flooring from wood chips or bark mulch. The soft lining performances are cushioned while running and the joints are, with the soft ground ideal for cross-training.
Racetrack on the north shore area of Längentalstausees, with interval markings, length 500m in rolling terrain, with wall bars and a small fitness trail, track width 2m.
