The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws as well as this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy informs users of the website www.kuehtai.info (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) about the nature, scope, and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by Bergbahnen Kühtai (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). Personal data (e.g., name, email address, phone number) are processed and transmitted by the Operator only in a lawful manner—in particular to fulfill contractual or legal obligations, based on the Operator’s overriding legitimate interests, or based on the user’s consent. The lawfulness of data processing is based on the Austrian Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The legal basis is specified in each specific instance for the processing activities described below.
Website Design
The operator continuously optimizes the website’s presentation and the services offered to users. To better understand how the pages are used, the operator temporarily stores the following data each time this website is accessed: Name of the accessed webpage, requested file, date/time, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type/version/language, operating system, previously visited page, duration of visit, country of origin, and IP address. By visiting this website, the user grants their explicit consent to the storage of the end device’s IP address in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The user’s IP address is deleted 12 months after the user stops using the website.
What Happens to Your Data When You Submit an Inquiry
When contacting the operator (for example, via the contact form or email), the following user information may be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case follow-up questions arise: title, first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and data related to the inquiry (e.g., length of stay, number of people). The personal data collected in this manner will be deleted by the operator within 12 months after the inquiry has been processed. Depending on the inquiry or booking, only those personal data necessary to fulfill the requested service will be forwarded to member businesses (rental property owners) or to the Innsbruck and Its Vacation Villages Tourism Association. The specific members may vary on a case-by-case basis. Contests and Surveys
When participating in a sweepstakes or survey offered on one of our websites, personal data (first name, last name, email address) is collected.
