Hiking Trails
Our hiking trails wind through unspoiled nature, past lakes, and into the Tyrolean mountains. They connect alpine pastures and huts where you can take a comfortable break.
Information about the Längental and Längental Reservoir Hikes
Due to construction work at the power plant, the trail in the Längental coming from the Niedereichscharte is currently inaccessible. The Längental Reservoir Loop is open again, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
The Sellrain High-Altitude Hiking Trail
The Sellraintal High-Altitude Hiking Trail is a continuous hiking trail at an elevation of approximately 2,000 meters, stretching from St. Sigmund to Oberperfuss.
At a scenic high elevation, the 15-kilometer mountain trail follows the 2,000-meter contour line through the alpine pastures of the Haggener and Peider Sonnberg, then along the slopes of the Koflerspitzen and the Weißstein to just below the Rosskogel.
The high-altitude trail does not have to be hiked in one continuous stretch; there are options to descend at Gries im Sellrain and Sellrain.
