Hours of Operation

The Kühtai mountain railways comfortably transport winter sports enthusiasts daily to perfectly groomed slopes, sweeping views, and a true high-mountain experience. According to current plans, the season runs from late November through mid-April.

The cable cars and lifts are open daily during the winter season. The live status on this page shows which facilities are currently in operation.

Kühtai Ski Resort

The Bergbahnen Kühtai will be in operation starting Friday, November 27, 2026, and will remain open through Sunday, April 11, 2027.

Lifts: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lifts: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

From December 4, 26, through April 11, 2027, ski passes are valid throughout the entire Skiregion Kühtai-Hochoetz (for day ski passes or more). 

Ticket Office Information: Opening Hours

Our staffed ticket offices are open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the DreiSeenBahn, StartBahn, HochAlterBahn, and GaisKogelBahn from November 27, 2026, through April 11, 2027.
