Travel to Kühtai in comfort—even without a car

Public bus routes bring visitors from Innsbruck and the Tyrolean Oberland to Kühtai. In winter, free ski bus services and regional connections round out the transportation options.

Routes from Innsbruck

Line 420 connects Innsbruck to Kühtai via Völs, Kematen, Sellrain, and Gries im Sellrain. It is suitable for both travel to the area and day trips from the greater Innsbruck area.
Connections from the Tyrolean Oberland
 

Route 4196 connects Imst, the Ötztal train station, Haiming, Silz, Mötz, and Oetz with Ochsengarten. Seasonal transfer and ski bus services allow passengers to continue on to Kühtai or the Kühtai-Hochoetz ski region.
Free Transportation for Guests
 

Guests staying two or more nights in Kühtai receive the Welcome Card. This card allows free use of numerous VVT and IVB buses and trains, as well as ÖBB regional trains, within the destination and in Innsbruck. In winter, seasonal ski bus services are also offered.
