After a completely new natural luge track was built in Kühtai three years ago, the very successful World Cup premiere took place in December 2023. The next highlight will follow in January 2025 - the International Luge Federation (FIL) has commissioned the Tyrolean Luge Association and RC Kühtai-Sellraintal to organise the World Championships. Kühtai is snow-sure and has an ‘exceptionally beautiful facility’, said FIL Sports Director Andreas Castiglioni.
