The “Sonne & Schnee” aparthotel, with its vacation apartments and rooms, is located right in the ski resort next to the HochAlter 4-person chairlift and directly across from the Wiesberglift.

Start your day on the slopes with a lavish breakfast buffet. Then strap on your skis and hop on the chairlift—in just a few minutes, you’ll ascend from 2,020 meters to 2,520 meters—above the clouds! The Kühtai ski arena begins right at your doorstep, so you can dive straight into pure skiing fun without any walking or travel time. No matter which run you take, you’ll return right to your accommodation’s front door.

Kühtai is a special experience for the little ones. Many offerings—from the ski school and ski kindergarten to the magic carpet—are tailored specifically for young families and are located right behind the “Sonne & Schnee”—without having to cross the street.

The aparthotel features its own à la carte restaurant, with a sun terrace out front offering a magnificent view of the ski slopes—ideal for a quick stop for lunch. And after an active day, unwind in our new relaxation area: sauna, steam room, cold room with natural snow, and a cozy lounge area with views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Or would you rather enjoy some more active fun with a workout, table soccer, billiards, or free access to Nintendo Wii Sports Resort? All vacation apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, etc., as well as satellite TV, a bathroom, and a balcony.
