Our seven bright apartments are located in the heart of Kühtai, right next to the lift.

Convenient: The main ski lift ticket office, tourist office, childcare, and ski school are all located in the building. You can put on your skis and hop on the lift right behind the building.

Convenient: Free Wi-Fi and a daily bread roll delivery service from our local bakery.

Ideal for families & groups; pets allowed
Our guests enjoy a comfortable and independent stay, just like at home—simple and hassle-free, with no front desk.

If you want to spend your vacation on your own terms, then our house is the right choice. Those who want to can cook together and dine together in the common room; children can run around on both floors, and pets are welcome. Things can get pretty lively at times. If something goes wrong—feel free to use the washing machine and dryer.

Good to know

  • You can order bread and dairy products from our bakery every day
  • Each apartment has its own microwave and freezer space
  • Feel free to use the washing machine in the building
  • A deposit is required. Billing will be based on your reservation.
  • Late arrivals or early departures cannot be accommodated
  • All prices are per day and per apartment, including all taxes
  • Children stay free until their 6th birthday
  • As a small family-run business, we cannot accept payments by debit card or credit card
  • Please note: On the day of arrival, you may check into your apartment starting at 3:00 p.m.
