Whether you’re enjoying alpine skiing, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing in the winter, or engaging in pollen-free summer sports like mountain biking or hiking in the mountains, the Kühtai Alpensuites extend a warm welcome to you at any time. Our well-thought-out and holistic living concept was brought to life in collaboration with local artisans and using regional materials. The Alpensuites combine luxury with ecological sustainability, allowing you to enjoy your vacation with a clear conscience—knowing you’re being environmentally responsible—without sacrificing comfort.

Thanks to our spacious, modern elevator, our Kühtai Alpensuites consist of 14 barrier-free, high-quality suites in a modern Tyrolean style, including 4 suites with 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 9 suites of varying sizes (60 to 90 m²) with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, as well as a 1-bedroom apartment with 2 beds. In addition, a sleeper sofa—and in some cases the option of an extra bed—provides space for an additional guest. All suites feature an en-suite bathroom, and the 2- and 3-bedroom apartments include an additional second bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub (with shower function). You’ll enjoy a perfectly equipped kitchen that not only offers the basics—such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave-oven combination, and filter coffee maker—but also features many other thoughtfully selected items to ensure a wonderful stay. Modern smart TVs have been installed in the living rooms and, in some cases, in the bedrooms. In each of our suites, you’ll experience a cozy, home-like atmosphere of the highest standard.

You can safely store your valuables in the in-room safes while you explore the beautiful surroundings and breathe in the fresh Tyrolean air. Of course, you can also do this on the terraces or balconies—all tastefully furnished—that come with every suite.
