Sunday 21.01. – Thuesday 25.01.24 & Sun 04.02. – Thuesday 08.02.24

The “risk’n’fun” program for freeriders aged 16 and over will take place again in Kühtai from from January 21st till 25th (Session I) and from February 4th till 8th, 2024 (Session II).

risk'n'fun FREERIDE has been offering four content-based training levels to accompany freeriders on their way from runs in terrain close to the pistes to high alpine activities. “Perceive – assess – decide” is the guiding principle that provides the foundation for training sessions, Next Level, Backcountry Pro and ALPINE PROFESSIONALS.

The LOCALS dates for local young people in their winter sports areas will follow in January 2024. The risk'n'fun team comes directly to them and spends the whole day on snowboards or skis in the terrain with the 14 to 16 year olds. Runs are examined together and topics such as communication between each other are discussed or the correct use of emergency equipment is discussed. The LOCALS dates are always selected at short notice. They have now been confirmed and can be booked at www.risk-fun.com.

Funded training
This year, the Alpine Club Youth is underlining its long-standing commitment to the training of young freeriders with packages during the semester holidays that are specifically funded for schoolchildren, students, civilian and military service personnel. All training dates and further information can be found on www.risk-fun.com.
